Hrast je obima 7,5 metara, sa krošnjom od 40 metara i zauzima površinu od 4 ara, i spada među najveća i najstarija stabla u Srbiji. An 800 years old oak tree in the village of Savinac, near Takovo (the municipality of Gornji Milanovac in Serbia), has found itself in the middle of the highway that is under construction, on the route Belgrade - Preljina (Corridor 11). The volume of the oak is 7.5 meters, it takes up an area of 4 acres and it has a 40 meters tree top. As such, it is one of the largest and oldest trees in Serbia. Please sign the petition so we can make sure our oak tree continues to live! Show your nobility and preserve natural values that have been nurtured through centuries. Only together can we save the treasures of nature! Do not allow the killing of an oak, help us to enable it to continue to live!
